COVID-19 UPDATE AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Maintaining the wellbeing and safety of our guests and team members is of the utmost importance to us. We are actively monitoring COVID-19 updates from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and our local government as well as adhering to all prevention and safety guidelines.

Our Cancellation Policy:

All existing reservations that have passed the “Cancel without penalty” window -that are scheduled for arrival before April 30,2020, can be rescheduled or cancelled without penalty up to 24 hours before scheduled arrival.

All new and future reservations that are booked presently up to April 30,2020 that are affected by COVID-19 restrictions can be rescheduled or cancelled without penalty up to 24 hours before scheduled arrival.

Guests who booked online via third party agencies are advised to contact their service provider for information regarding cancelling or refunds.

We want to assure you that all members of the King Christian Hotel are taking necessary measures to ensure our guests have a safe and enjoyable stay. We will continue to uphold the highest levels of cleanliness in all guestrooms and public areas by following precautionary measures such as constant disinfecting protocols, frequent washing of hands and other sanitary safe practices.
